MASCHINE JAM

Native Instruments’ new Machine Jam is designed to simplify the production process, but not dumb it down. It’s all about speed, efficiency, and unobstructed creative workflow.

The sleek unit has an 8 x 8 sequencer with multi-colour backlit rubber buttons for fast and intuitive track building. Eight Smart Strips at the bottom let you morph and modulate sounds, or even play instruments in Notes mode, using your fingers. And Maschine Jam locks into Maschine software to form a tightly integrated workflow, whether that be as a plug-in inside your DAW or as a MIDI controller for other platforms.

Maschine Jam connects to your computer via USB and also has a footswitch connection. A stand can be mounted to kick it back at an angle on your desktop. Over 29GB of sounds are included out of the box, along with the newly-released Komplete 11 Select with 11 Komplete instruments and effects.

Watch this video to see Maschine Jam do its thing.
