Thanks to the success of the S Series, Adamson is adding to the lineup with the S10n line array cabinet, as well as introduce the IS-Series loudspeaker family.

The S10n is a narrow-dispersion (80° x 10°) version of the popular S10 two-way full-range line array cabinet. Other than that, its specs are identical to the S10 but it’s tailored more specifically for the touring world.

“S10n emphasises Adamson’s commitment to the touring market,” comments Marc Weber, Director of Product and Brand Management. “Based on requests from our strong clientele of touring users, this narrow version of the S10 was developed to increase the long-throw capability of S-Series loudspeaker packages and further expand their usability and performance in reflective space.”

The IS-Series will debut with the IS7 and complementing IS118 subwoofer. IS7 is a two-way full-range line array cabinet with two ND7-X5, seven-inch neodymium drives and an NH3, 1.4-inch exit compression driver. The waveguide produces a slightly curved wavefront with a nominal dispersion pattern of 100° x 12.5°. The waveguide’s efficiency allows for increased vertical dispersion without sacrificing high-frequency presence in the far field while the patent-pending Controlled Summation Technology further eliminates low-mid lobing.

The IS7 is equipped with NL4 connectors and screw terminals, where the IS118 has screw terminals available on demand. A plan-and-screw rigging solution is recessed in the interior of the rear rigging fins for easy installation. The series is available in a standard black and white, with RAL colours. It’s ideal for performing arts centres, live performance venues, sports venues, conference centres, and houses of worship.
